nba live 99 is the 1999 installment of the nba live video games series. the cover features antoine walker of the boston celtics. don poier is the play-by-play announcer. the game featured outdated rosters due to the 1998–99 nba lockout. after the end of the lockout, a patch was issued for the pc version to update the rosters and add the 1998 nba draftees to the game.
