it is a castlevania-like side-scrolling action game with rpg touches that was released under the "otomate forte" label, a sub-line of idea factory's "otomate" (dating or romance games aimed at a female audience). the first of these games was a metroidvania / rpg with solid mechanics and an aesthetic aimed at the audience of "otome" games.
